Music was a unfeminine space to be in, so embracing this level of femininity has been an exciting challenge for me. It really was difficult for me to accept, "Okay, I can be feminine, soft, and tough and be able to take care of my self and not diminish my own self." It was something that I appreciated tremendously. I loved the heels and a dress every day and I loved the soft fabric. It was quite stressful, as I'm not as old as the other actors in Fantastic Beasts]; there is a great deal of pressure. However, I was struck by this odd feeling during the auditions that there was an enormous presence behind me. might either be smashed under it and collapse due to how badly I wished for it and how huge this seemed or climb over the to the top of it and let it push me forward. It is possible to spend hours walking around exploring coffee shops, museums and even parks. In LA it is possible to feel lonely, however in London you can ride the Tube and you are at the center of the crowd and just about every kind of person that you can imagine is going through. I love watching people. Coming from the world of music, I'm constantly surrounded with males. It's like the interaction with males is intimate. It's a wild, surreal dream. I have read the whole book in the series. The books that I read on tour were incredibly intense and vivid. They're a wonderful world to be lost into.
