Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid critic of films that are Z-graded typically in the martial arts or horror categories. Her style of review and methodology are similar to that of The Cinema Snob. However she prefers to review crappy action films with a morbid fascination. Her first review was in late 2009 after becoming famous in their forum. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa) She was then invited to be part of Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome team. In early 2015, she stayed on the channel when Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed into Movie Nights. Additionally, she hosts two podcasts through her channel that both cover the Charmed series and co-hosted alongside Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Ninja the Mission Force shows her in action as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! also starred her. She has appeared on Brad Jones' show Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing horrible children's movies or RiffTrax Live Shows aswell as occasional adult comedies (such such as Baywatch 2017). She started reviewing films at the end of 2009 and gained recognition on channels like the Channel Awesome forums before officially becoming a member of the network's family of reviewers. She has made numerous appearances on Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall all the way to Phelous & the Movies. She was a former member of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and would often appear on episode of the Nostalgia Critic.
